Psychology major Caroline Webb has been named a Fulbright U.S. Student Program finalist for the 2019–20 academic year. Caroline is one of four finalists from Appalachian State — a record-breaking number for the university.
Caroline plans to use her Fulbright award to teach English in the post-conflict nation of Timor-Leste during 2019–20.
