Pam Kidder-Ashley, Professor in the Department of Psychology, will co-facilitate a book study for the Mountain Region of the NC School Psychology Association (NCSPA). Joining her will be local school psychologist, Kate Younger. From November 2020 through May 2021, the pair will facilitate monthly virtual discussions of the book Case Studies on Diversity & Social Justice Education, by Paul C. Gorski and Seema G. Pothini (Routledge, 2018). The purpose of the book study, which is happening across the state, is to engage NCSPA members and their invited colleagues in collaborative and communal learning that will enhance their equity literacy.
