Dr. Michael a featured panelist at the Symposium for the Vermont Suicide Prevention Center

Kurt Michael, Ph.D., the Stanley R. Aeschleman Distinguished Professor of Psychology at Appalachian State University, explored what schools can do to create suicide prevention programs and spoke of current programs that schools and agencies working with youth can adopt, including the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) and Counseling on Access to Lethal Means (CALM).
